Online Courses

We have all of the online courses you need to satisfy your Michigan real estate continuing education requirements for the current 2016-2018 license cycle. We can also provide you with all continuing education hours missed during the previous 2013-2015 license cycle.

Before making a selection, please scroll down to view ALL available courses, not only by license cycle (2016-2018 and 2013-2015), but also by credit hours (2-Hour, 4-Hour and 6-Hour courses).

Select the course(s) you want to purchase by checking the box to the left of the course name.

After selecting your course(s), scroll down and click the CONTINUE button at the bottom left of this screen.

2016-2018 License Cycle

The most cost effective way to meet your total 18 clock-hour requirement for the 2016-2018 license cycle is by taking one of our 6-hour courses annually. To give our students more choices, however, we've also separated our 6-hour courses into 2-hour and 4-hour courses. A 2-hour course contains the first two hours of its sister 6-hour course, and a 4-hour course contains the last four hours of its sister 6-hour course.

2013-2015 License Cycle

Did your license lapse on October 31, 2015? You can fulfill all of your continuing education credits for license cycle years 2013-2015 by completing one or more of the courses posted below. Each course is a "legal update" that satisfies the mandatory, annual, minimum two (2) clock hours of "law, rules and court cases regarding real estate."

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are discontinuing support for ALL of the 2013-2015 License Cycle Courses listed below on October 15, 2018. You must complete them on or before that date to be accredited. These courses will no longer be accessible on your student account after October 15, 2018!
