Courses must be purchased by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex, including gift and debit cards. Your credit card issuer may decline the charge if the account information you submit doesn't exactly match your account record: cardholder name, statement billing address including zip code, account number, expiration date, and the card's 3- or 4-digit CVV code.

Our courses are compatible with Mac, PC, iPhone and iPad, and with all of the major web browsers. They can be completed in multiple sessions of approximately 25 minutes per lesson, including the lesson quiz.

Refund Policy. We will refund your course tuition for any reason if you make a refund request within 90 days from the date you purchased the course, provided that you haven't already completed it. We will NOT issue a refund for a completed course.
