Course 1300 Series Michigan
Real Estate Continuing Education

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs - Real Estate has approved our Course 1300 Series for six
(6) clock hours, which also include the mandatory, annual, minimum two (2) clock hours of "laws, rules and court cases regarding
real estate." Attendees who complete the Course 1300 Series satisfy six (6) clock hours of the 18 clock hours necessary to renew
their licenses for the three (3)-year licensure period beginning November 1, 2012 and ending on October 31, 2015.

Course 1300 Series License Agreement
|

When you license our Course 1300 Series Michigan real estate continuing education courses, you agree to the following
terms.

The license fee paid entitles the licensee to unlimited use, reproduction and distribution of our Course 1300
Series Instructor and Participant manuals for Michigan Real Estate Continuing Education purposes only. Use of these materials for any
other purpose or program without the express written consent of Great Lakes Realty Systems, Inc. is prohibited. Great Lakes Realty Systems,
Inc. retains all rights to online and electronic distribution of this program, including but not limited to Internet, DVD, and CD
versions.

Use, reproduction and distribution of these materials are limited to a single course sponsor as designated by
the Sponsor Approval Number assigned by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs - Real Estate.
