Course 1100 Series Michigan
Real Estate Continuing Education

The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth - Real Estate has approved our Course 1100 Series for six (6) clock hours, which also include the mandatory, annual, minimum two (2) clock hours of "laws, rules and court cases regarding real estate." Attendees who complete the Course 1100 Series satisfy six (6) clock hours of the 18 clock hours necessary to renew their licenses for the three (3)-year licensure period beginning November 1, 2012 and ending on October 31, 2015.

If you want an "out-of-the-box" course that’s not only up-to-date, interactive and ready to ship to your printer, but also requires minimum preparation to teach, look no further!

You'll need Adobe Reader, a free program, to view and print our materials exactly as we've formatted them.

E-mail Update Service

If you and your instructors have active e-mail addresses, we'll also provide informational updates when new legislation or case law change any of the topics covered in our program.

If you've ever had a student tell you that your course material was incorrect, you know how embarrassing that can be! Rest assured that you and your other instructors will always be presenting the latest information. Sponsors who've already licensed our courses tell us that this service by itself is worth the cost to license the courses!
