One of the reasons we enjoy cosponsoring classes with companies
and associations is their ability to market directly to their members. On the other
hand, approximately one-half of all Michigan licensees have no affiliation with REALTOR®
associations and typically learn of the availability of classes through mailings done by
independent sponsors, who don't share course profits with those associations. |

We market our cosponsored classes on our website, which means that
non-members in your area can view our course offerings on the Internet and contact you to
attend our classes. Doesn't it only make sense that tuition dollars from your area
stay in your area and benefit all members of your company or association? |

The Little Extras |

All continuing education sponsors who cosponsor classes with
your organization are going to furnish an instructor, participant materials and completion
certificates. |

But how many sponsors create a master marketing flyer that you can
reproduce when advertising your class? How many prepare Completion Certificates in advance
so your staff doesn't have to? How many sponsors provide a course evaluation form
completed by attendees, who tell you whether the class was a success or a failure? And how
many other instructors offer full color, animated presentations that help to clarify the
topics being presented? |

attendance increases. No kidding, the cost of our program goes down when your attendance
goes up. We don't know of a single cosponsor who lost money when cosponsoring our
